Terrific article. I'm a large therapist who works in this area, and sometimes larger therapists worry about whether smaller clients are judging them or afraid to discuss body image due to fear of hurting feelings. But one thing I've learned is that what a client of any size needs is a good therapist of any size who is at home in her body. As long as that element is present (the therapist being at home in their own body) people will do the work they need to do.
